Basic sour
基本碳酸汽泡酒的做法

If you are making a conventional-tasting sour, put a generous amount of ice into the glass.
Shochu (1) or vodka + Hi-Sour Lemon (3). A most commonly-served sour containing 6~7% alcohol served at izakayas is made.
* Shochu group ko which has a mild flavor is recommended for this shochu.
最受大家愛飲的口味做法、在杯中放多些冰塊、再倒進5分之1焼酒或是伏特卡酒杯中、最後倒入5分之3的嗨莎娃―於杯中。即成為、在居酒屋中最有人気酒成分6~7%的碳酸汽泡酒了。※調合與甲類級的焼酒、更是芳醇美味。

1.First, change the flavor type of the Hi-Sour.
1.首先換試作調合嗨莎娃―不同風味的碳酸飲料。


Shochu or vodka (1) + Hi-Sour Green Apple
A sour-sweet and light green apple sour is made! Also tasty with an ice cream topping! * Shochu group ko which has a mild flavor is recommended for this shochu.

即成酸甜清爽的青蘋果碳酸汽泡酒了。更高門就是再加個冰淇淋在上、非常美味好喝哦♪ ※建議您使用純甲類焼酒口味更佳。

A sour full of ume juice which makes one think of a strong-tasting umeshu (plum wine) and soda

2.Think of different types of alcohol you can mix with Hi-Sour.

You can actually mix different types of alcohol with Hi-Sour. The drink becomes fruity because it contains a generous amount of fruit juice and carbonation. It also goes well with wine!

We tell people, “When we squeeze a lemon, we cut each lemon into rings.” People then say, “But that’s normal, isn’t it?” Maybe that’s what most people think. “When you squeeze a lemon, you cut it into rings and squeeze just the pulp. Isn’t that “what everyone does?
In actuality, most of the juice factories in the world employ a completely different extraction method. They use the so-called “whole fruit” method, where whole lemons are inserted into a machine and crushed as in a press-like manner. They are not cut into rings.

On the other hand, in making Hi-Sour Lemon, each lemon is carefully cut into rings as done in most households and only the pulp of the lemon is extracted. We do not want to lemon juice to contain the bitterness of the rind or the harshness of the inner part of the rind. This “extraction from the center” method has been carried out for some decades in cooperation with contracted farms and juice factories in Sicily, Italy.

We stick to the “extraction from the center” method and only extract from the center of the pulp. It’s a luxury.

A lively drinking party at a warehouse with stacks of Hi-Sour.

This is usually a normal warehouse. On that day, a full-scale event venue was created by hanging lanterns and putting up banners. We might as well enjoy drinking to the full! Original recipes were sampled as mountains of Hi-Sours in the warehouse were mixed with various types of alcohol. Tamori’s TV show - Tamori Club, Mr. Onose of Crazy Ken Band and sumo’s Urakaze Stable Master came to join the drinking party with live music. It turned out to be a matchmaking party for London Boot’s Atsushi, etc. It was a casual but a super fun warehouse drinking party.
